Serious Question

So, after listening to the past few shows on the F4W online website, is Bryan Alvarez the only person in the world who believed that Rick Story was “overtrained” for his fight on Sunday because he fought in late May and then had to fight 4 weeks later?

It’s a rhetorical question, but between that, him calling Kongo “Chick Kongo”, and the epic argument he had with Todd Martin yesterday over overtraining and the peak that MMA fighters reach in training… I got pretty angry listening to how STUPID Chico has been as of late.

You're never in the right when you hit a woman...

(99.999% of the time)

My guess is, this isn’t the exception to the rule. Sad news for all involved.

Disgraceful stuff from Rogers. Golf ball sized wound.. horrible.. There’s no way he keeps his job.

I think it’s hilarious when the Klitschkos get mad of it

Will get punched.

May or may not be able to take it.

Technique goes out the door late in the 1st round, both fighters throwin’ out bombs like free WNBA tickets.
