The UFC announced this morning that an injury to Stephan Bonnar has forced him out of his UFC on Versus 5 bout with Karlos Vemola. In Bonnar's place, the UFC has signed Brazilian submission specialist, Ronny Markes (11-1), to face Vemola in August. Markes ranked as the #10 light heavyweight on BloodyElbow.com's world scouting report. The Nova Uniao Kimura team member most recently won a decision against Paulo Filho in April.
