This past weekend, BloodyElbow.com was on deck for the Guam based promotion, Pacific X-Treme Combat's first venture to the Philippines. They hosted PXC 24 on the Resorts World Manila, and it was headlined by a heavyweight title bout between Kelvin Fitial and Roque Martinez.

If you are getting into a cage

to fistfight a man for 25 mins, your last thoughts should be “Will they laugh at my tits”. That is probably why he ended the fight looking like he had been hit with a baseball bat.

Body image is important in sports.

Barnett and Sylvia have both said that they did roids primarily for aesthetic reasons. GSP says he lifts because it makes him look good, and feel good. Fighters are human, they’re just as obsessed with body image as the rest of the modern world.
