If you want some more anecdotal evidence about the disappointment with the Ultimate Fighter season, consider this little detail. Normally, the UFC sends me an email on Wednesday with programming news. It's where I get the graphics for these TUF live discussion posts. I hadn't received this email for the past couple weeks, which explains the generic TUF promo image.

I get the email this week, except no TUF image. Instead, the email contains this:

Now, I understand that Spike has a full lineup of UFC programming tonight, but this is the third week in a row that they haven't bothered to send out TUF promotional materials. That is telling.
