However it did well enough to merit a sequal. So much like the original Wesley Snipes/Ving Rhames Undisputed got a turbocharged sequal, the potential for this franchise has increased significantly. And why you ask? 1. This would be the directorial debut of Micheal Jai White. Mr. Black Dynamite himself and co-star of the excellent Undisputed 2. He also takes over the role of the mentor/head trainer in the film. 2. Longtime stuntman Larnell Stovall is the fight choreographer. Stovall was recently the FC for the equally excellent Undisputed 3, starring Scott Adkins and Marko Zaror. 3. None other than the DUFFMAN plays a prominent role. That's Todd Duffee pictured on the far right. This could be terrible, but with any luck the White/Stovall team can continue on making solid quality American martial arts films.
