Glad to see GSP preparing for the creative gameplanning of the 209.

The woman after that...
Doesn’t she look like Antoine Dodson?
From China with love.
And rice. A lot of.
Whatever you think of GSP...
That guy literally lives his life in the constant motion of eat, sleep, train, repeat martial arts, day after day. That’s intense.
Jose at 50% is hitting better kicks than Shields in technique and power. That’s not good.
You retired from kick boxing in 2006. If you had to do it all over again, would you have tried fighting in MMA?
Jean-Charles Skarbowsky: No.
Dude!
Shields couldnt TKO a guy on Bully Beatdown! That should tell u all you need to know about his striking, its non existent.
Jules: Normally, both your asses would be dead as fucking fried chicken, but you happen to pull this shit while I'm in a transitional period so I don't wanna kill you, I wanna help you. But I can't give you this case, it don't belong to me. Besides, I've already been through too much shit this morning over this case to hand it over to your dumb ass.

George has access to one the best pekiti tirsia instructors in the world, and this is what he gives us for knife defense.
I am not impressed with his performance
Those are just traditional knife defense demos from Karate. Geezus.
