Dana White's UFC 129 Video Blog: Episode 1
DAY 1 of Dana White's vlog for UFC 129 with fight predictions from the Chuck "The Iceman" Liddell, a tour around the UFC office, and Dana White at Strikeforce: Diaz vs. Daley.
Chuck Liddell: "I'm siding with Jake. Jake's going to have to take him down. I'm expecting him to be in great shape for the fight. He'll be in great shape for GSP. But yeah, I expect him to take him down and finish him."

Nice Public Image Ltd. shirt. Haven’t heard anything from them since rewatching season 1 of Miami Vice last year.
Why didn't I know about this stuff in '95?

I noticed that too, his speaking in general has been slower and less articulate lately.
There was a PSA on spike I think that had Dana, Chuck, and GSP doing some charity thing and Chuck was actually harder to understand that GSP

yeah I noticed that too
on Chicago’s ESPN radio there is a former NFL wide receiver who had a bunch of concussions and they call it “word bag days” when he struggles like that.
The pattern is scary:
Chuck in 2001: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R52KNB6i25I
Chuck in early 2007: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZVgRD2943tI
Chuck was a pretty well-spoken guy but he just sounds weird sometimes these days.

they are pretty light-hearted about it
but some days Waddle says speaking can be like blindly looking for something in a bag
I had to work in chicago last year for quite some time
and i must say that waddle is one of the most biased and ignorant(on some topics) commentators i have ever listened to. I hate how Chicago makes u listen to the local shows instead of the better nationally played espn radio shows
He looked a bit worried when Daley had Diaz knocked down!

Dana wants a closet full of t-shirts of companies he sucked dry. His Pride and WEC-shirts started feeling lonely I guess.

Yeah,
it’s always been about the UFC. As much as I would like to see Strikeforce continue as an organization for entertaining non- UFC fighters, women, and maybe even kickboxing, I just don’t think that’s realistic. Like all Zuffa purchased organizations before them, Strikeforce’s talent will be absorbed into the UFC, and it will be disposed of.
If that happens, then maybe Coker will be able to take his staff and get funding elsewhere.

I work at a group home for kids
and these kids have no parents and next to nothing for toys, I really hope they donate that stuff when he comes back instead of throwing it away.

anyone else think Dominick Cruz's reactions were hilarious
Clutching his face whenever someone got rocked and his expressions. Quite amusing
Watching Dana’s reaction to the last 1:25 of the Diaz fight was identical to mine. Diaz gets dropped my jaw drops and I can’t believe he went down like that. Diaz gets back up and relief washes over that we will go to round two. Then Diaz puts Daley into the cage and blasts him till he tumbles. Watching Dana’s head bob with each punch Diaz rains down was exactly what I was doing and the stoppage brought the only response warranted, " HOLY SHIT!". Such a great moment and one of the things I love about Dana is that he shares it as a fan. Very cool!

So I guess Dana is attending the Strikeforce events.
I know, don’t hold my breath when Dana says something but still….
These guys must be rolling in cash
A practical joke at my work is swapping somebodys keys around on their keyboard.
I would rather has seem the money they spent on pranking the CFO be given to an undercard fighter .
Really..
With this nonsense again. It’s an office prank for god’s sake. Undercard fighters are paid well for what they do relative to their drawing power. GTFO.
It was a really stupid prank though and they wasted good money on it. Give that money to charity instead or something.

The way Dana was talking,
I thought he was going to say he fired the CFO’s ass, and then he proceeds to show off the whole racing car setup… not gonna lie, it was kind of funny. But just seemed like way more work & money than is necessary.

An office prank...
that cost about 20% of what they payed their co-main event fighter at ufc 128
Am I the only one that thinks its strange...
That Chuck was wearing his “fight shorts” to the office at 2:11?
I think they were shooting that Executive Iceman thing.

I'm glad my fight club membership, ticket money, and PPV money all go towards quality race-themed paraphernalia instead of fighter wages and health insurance

apparently that was too much sarcasm to handle
