Call me ignorant, but your state’s constitution just seems like a recipe for bankruptcy. Any tax raise needs to be approved by a referendum? But lower taxes all you want to get the votes, no problem. If I’m wrong on this please tell me, cause from here it just seems like the state would go to crap no matter who’s governing it.
