How Zuffa can mend relations with Showtime

Not that Zuffa NEEDS Showtime, but they certainly could be a useful ally as they have shown a commitment to MMA.  There are obviously some bad relations between the two, so how can Zuffa make a meaningful peace offering?  This is where I make a ton of assumptions, but bear with me.

Dos Santos vs Lesnar should be a great fight, but for arguments sake lets assume Dos Santos can keep it standing and beats Lesnar.  Lesnar is still a huge name with lots of value, but realistically he will be no where near the title so how can Zuffa best utilize him?

Lets also assume Fedor fights this summer against Del Rosario/Griggs level fighter.  Obviously he should win that.  What to do with him next?  The best fight in Strikeforce would probably be the loser of Werdum/Overeem.  However, those fighters with a loss are still in the title mix and a win against either would be a HUGE boost for Fedor.  Lets be honest.  I don't think Zuffa believes they can deal with M1 long-term and won't want to give them such a possible boost.

How about sending Brock over to Strikeforce (assuming a loss to Dos Santos he'd be barely over 500 in the UFC) for a fight with Fedor on Showtime.  This fight would seem to have very little down side to Zuffa (if Lesnar wins Fedor has yet another loss and if Fedor wins he beat a guy who was barely 500 in the UFC).  Even with both fighters having plenty of recent loses, that fight would still do HUGE numbers on Showtime.  It would be hard to turn down the PPV $$$ it could generate, but what a way to mend fences with Showtime.  Obviously Brock makes huge $$$ on PPV points so would need to be compensated, but Zuffa and Showtime could both pitch in to make it worth his while (mostly Zuffa).

If Zuffa thinks there could be a future with Showtime, I cannot think of a better way to get back on their good side.  Obviously a lot has to happen for this to make sense (Lesnar lose and Fedor win), but both seem pretty conceivable.  Another case of not getting the super fight when it would have made the most sense, but I for one would still be ecstatic to see it.
