Bad Boy Presents Bloody Elbow Radio: Jon Jones/Rashad Evans Fallout, Nate Marquardt

Bloody Elbow Radio, presented by Bad Boy, returned Tuesday afternoon with another edition of the show. Hosts Matt Bishop, Forrest Lynn and Mike Fagan discussed all the latest in MMA in a drama-filled episode of the show. We first talked about the drama between Jon Jones and Rashad Evans. Then we chatted about the drama between Miesha Tate and Tara LaRosa. We also talked about the drama between Frank Shamrock and Jared "$kala" Shaw.

Also on the show: We discussed the fallout from UFC 128, including the future of Mauricio Rua and Mirko Filipovic and potential ideas for coaches for "The Ultimate Fighter 14."

We also were joined by perennial UFC middleweight contender Nate Marquardt to talk about his potential move to welterweight, his career, his thoughts on the Jones/Evans situation and more. He said he has not talked to the UFC about this potential move to welterweight yet.

"I could do either one and I'd be happy with either one. It's going to be more what the UFC has planned.

"The only thing I'd have to change is to be a little more strict on my diet. The week of the fight, starting the Saturday out, I'd really have to be dieting. At this point, all I did for my fight with Miller is I dieted for two-and-a-half days and walked on weight. I didn't have to go to the sauna or anything. I think I'd have to be a lot more strict the week of the fight and I would have to get into the sauna."

Bloody Elbow Radio returns to the air at 4 p.m. ET/1 p.m. PT Thursday to preview UFC Fight Night 24 and the rest of the weekend in MMA. We're expected to be joined by UFC veteran Phil Baroni, M-1 Global's Evgeni Kogan and Amir Sadollah, as well.

Don't forget, Bloody Elbow Radio is sponsored by Bad Boy. Bad Boy, the 2010 World MMA Awards winner for "Best Technical Clothing Brand," can be found at BadBoyMMA.comFollow them on Twitter and Facebook and tell them Bloody Elbow sent you.
