UFC 129: Georges St. Pierre on the Cover of Men's Health Magazine

UFC welterweight champ Georges St. Pierre will be on the cover of Men's Health magazine. Here's video of the photo shoot where GSP discusses fighting at 170 pounds, his admiration for Royce Gracie, his typical training day and doing his talking in the Octagon. Look for it on the stands.
- 0:26 I'm fighting at 170 pounds, I'm currently the UFC Welterweight Champion
- 0:30 I was inspired by Royce Gracie when I saw the first UFC
- 0:38 A typical day is eat, go train, eat, take a nap, eat, go train, eat, go sleep
- 1:00 The guy that has more knowledge, is the guy that has the advantage
- 1:10 I like a banana at the end of the day, bananas should be taken at night
- 1:25 One day, I would like to get married, have more than 5 kids, school will be first
- 1:45 I do my talking in the Octagon
- 1:50 At the end of the day, the best guy will win and I will shake my opponents’ hand

They really could’ve chosen a better photo. It looks like he has no delts and a concave chest.

potassuim

Minerals generally absorb better at night when your body is repairing.

Some people have night muscle cramps, so this can help.

Flip side is that bananas have an ass tonne of sugar so taking them before bed isn’t always the greatest if you are trying to lose weight.

This sounds a lot like Big Foots eaty, trainy, sleepy routine.

Im really interested in learning how MMA fighters train. Does anyone have any links to a fighters full schedule?(week) Id like to know how much strength/cardio training is involved. Hell. Any cool training vids would be nice.

Anyone point me in the right direction.

A couple of things

1. Of course Georges St Pierre would look at food as something that has to be taken.
2. It’s “Hoyce” Georges, come on. We all stopped calling you “Georgeous” eventually. It may have taken a while but we figured it out.
