In the second bout of the evening, Nick Catone took on Constantinos Philippou, a veteran of The Ultimate Fighter 11 and making his official UFC debut. Philippou replaced Dan Miller, who himself replaced Yoshihiro Akiyama against Nate Marquardt on the PPV card. Catone defeated Philppou by unanimous decision.

What was the high spot of the bout?

Well, Catone opened a small cut on top of Philippou's head early in the fight. Then it ended fifteen minutes later.

Where do these guys go from here?

Catone improves to 3-2 in the UFC, and earns another fight in the organization. Catone's probably in line to fight Nick Ring, who edged out a decision over Riki Fukuda at UFC 127.

Philippou probably earned himself another fight in the UFC by taking the fight on short notice, but I wouldn't expect to see him with the organization this time next year.

Watch it now, later, or never?
