I dunno who to pick.
I’m leaning Bones, but I really want Shogun to take this one.
In an odd way, watching his little special convinced me that Shogun has much more of a chance than I thought, but I’m not able to shake the thought that bones might take this one.

I find it hard to believe Jones can handle Rua on the ground.
I find it even harder to believe he can handle him on the feet.
My worst fear for shogun is he breaks something while being slammed.
Jones’s wrestling amazes me. I am in awe of it every time out.

I really wish both the Coleman fights never happened. Neither showed what Shogun could bring to the table. The first one for obvious reasons and the second one being Shogun didn’t handle the 16 month layoff very well. I don’t consider those fights a win or a loss for either fighter. Both shitty fights.

Jones vs Rua
This fight reminds me a lot of Cain vs Nogeira. Before the fight everyone said Cain was too inexperienced, hadn’t faced the quality of opposition, hadn’t been tested, was less skilled in every area but wrestling … sound familiar?
And we all know how that turned out.
Except that, you know, Shogun isn’t Rodrigo and hasn’t taken the punishment he has.
