Wonder if Anderson had some tips to give Feijao on beating Henderson. He’ll probably be in his corner. Very interesting fight. Think Feijao will be too big for Henderson

Feijao has been seeking advice from 3 guys that beat Henderson.

Silva and the Noguiera brothers. They’re all helping him for this fight. I expect Feijao to pace himself in the early rounds and possibly look for a submission victory in Rounds 3 or 4. Heck, but knowing Dan Henderson, Feijao will probably get a decision victory. If he stops Dan Henderson via TKO, I’ll be surprised.

Size matters not, especially against Henderson.

I tend to be biased towards strikers . . . exciting strikers.

^^^

I think that Hendo being stopped by T/KO would rank up there with Leben getting TKO’d by Stann and Fedor getting subbed by Werdum as far as “surprises” go.

I think Dan is gonna do what Dan always does; stalk with his right Hand-of-Doom cocked and ready to fly.

Liz Carmouche looks like Steve-O in that picture.

Most fighters believe that

I’ve heard a lot of fighters talk shit about guys who quit or tap to strikes.

Guys who quit in fights always say how much they regret it.

I'm looking forward to this card.

I’m looking forward to seeing Masvidal fight, and to seeing whether or not Kennedy has anything for Melvin.

Good to see they gave Feijao some air time in the promo.

Good fight, Tim/Melvin and Masvidal/Billy E are good fights, overall a solid card. This and the debut of Bellator makes Sat a good night of mma.

I know...no one cares, but I've got

Cavalcante via UD
Coenen via Sub
Kennedy via Sub
Masvidal vis UD

I’ve got the exact same picks. Pulling for Hendo though.

Looking forward to this show. It’s gotten somewhat lost in the shuffle but top to be bottom this main card interests me.

I hope Kennedy was kidding when he said he wanted to try and KO Melvin…that could be the worst decision he ever made.

I dont like the 4 fight cards, and I could care less about female mma.

But Billy E/Masvidal is a good fight, and tim/Melvin is as well.

Three good fights on this card.

Im w/ you man.

Evertime people come over my house to watch SF events, they’re like thats it? Im like yea, its on Showtime. They gotta ask Showtime for a longer time slot, I want to see 7 to 8 fights before they go to ppv. Or maybe thats their strategy. Like 4 fights on Showtime, 10 on ppv, I dont know, just saying

It is pretty frustrating

Their inability to show prelims in between maincard fights gives even the free two hour UFC cards the chance to put out a much larger proportion of fightime per card

been seeing quite a few promos airing locally (in columbus) for this

tho mostly the earlier one that still includes tate.

gonna skip out on attending, but hopefully it’s a good card.

Still pissed

Strikeforce never sent out the pre-sale e-mail so I missed out on good seats when I found out they were on sale a couple of days later. I’ll still be going to the Arnold’s but probably going to pass this event.

what will you be at the arnold thing for?

not too familiar with it. worth checking out?

by woooburn on Mar 1, 2011 12:50 PM EST up reply actions

Yeah, definitely if you’re in the area. I’ll be driving there from Toledo with friends. It was PACKED on Saturday last year but we got to meet a bunch of fighters. M.Brown, Rich Franklin, Guida, Pat Barry, Phil Davis, Thiago Silva, Rumble, Forrest, etc..
