This is my first poster that ive actually finished in ps. Its kinda late since the tournament starts this week. It doesn't look like a Pride or DREAM poster but i think its cool. Tell me what you think.

Not bad.
Feels like a DREAM poster.
Mike Goldberg: "You know Joe, When Matt and his brother Mark Hughes were growing up, they would pound each other behind the barn."
Having that one guy blue doesn’t really make sense. Other than that, good stuff.
Right hand coffee, left hand cactus, right hand coffee left hand cactus, keep it straight...
You have the option of making everyone black and white (or the same tint of a black and white) to correct for this.
I would say its a good effort. However, there isn’t really a central focus or story in image, especially conceptually. You are using bokeh for effect, but it doesn’t actually make sense in the layout (bokeh in the soil of the samurai scene?) Also, I think by using a bunch of unrelated clip or stock art has given the overall style of the poster a random or schizophrenic quality.
I think the color is good, and the overall layout (in terms of basic shapes and angles) is successful. I would suggest, if you really want to work your skills, going back to your PSD and spending more time, showing the work some more love, and see if you can refine some of the details like consistency and typography.
If it seems like everyone around you is an asshole, you are probably an asshole.
Thank for the suggestions, text and lighting are my biggest weak points with ps, but its motivation to improve.
I like the poster a lot dude. If I saw it in a store I’d buy it looks sick.
'cause the heart that betrays itself willingly, Is like a nation that trades freedom for stability, its so seductive to be cold and corrupted and isolated and try to be an independent republic, But liberty to be loved on the surface is worthless, The sacrifice of revolution with no purpose

Love it.
Wish I had a fraction of your talent.
Isn’t heavyweight one word?
