UFC 127 Prelims will be shown on Ion
It has been announced earlier that UFC 127 preliminary bouts, Tiequan Zhang vs. Jason Reinhardt and Anthony Perosh vs. Tom Blackledge would be streamed for free on facebook starting at 8pm ET. Now, heavy.com has brought word that the UFC will bring 2 additional prelims for your viewing pleasures. At 9pm ET, directly after the facebook stream, Ion will televise Ross Pearson vs. Spencer Fisher and James Te Huna vs. Alexander Gustafsson.
Ion first started showing prelims with 3 bouts from UFC 125, and while being announced at the last minute might have affected the numbers, it only produced 829,000 viewers, the lowest ever for UFC prelims.
