The prospect of the #1 and #2 P4P fighters squaring off sounds like an amazing fight. However when those two are the tentative and risk-averse Georges St. Pierre and the easily annoyed and emotionally charged Anderson Silva, this won't even be a fight.
Take a look at the last 3 Georges St. Pierre fights. In every fight, he has outclasses and dominates them to a point and then just cruises to victory, apologizes that he didn't finish the fight and promises us a better show next time.
Aside from American Hero Chael Sonnen, Anderson has been even farther above his opponents. The difference is he refuses to finish the opponents which he defeats via decision because he just doesn't want to. If they're not willing to engage then he won't.
I do not see this fight going in any other way. GSP was fighting a one-eyed Josh Koscheck and couldn't put him away. I really think he should prove that he is going to give us an actual fight, or else this "superfight" will be the biggest disappointment of all time.
