According to Xtreme Couture's page, Steve Carl has withdrawn from his Bellator 35 fight with Jay Hieron on March 5th, and has been replaced by 19-4 Anthony Lapsley. Lapsley is a Bellator and Strikeforce veteran currently on a 4 fight winning streak.
