Welcome to the results recap of the first event of the second season. The lines have been drawn, the trash-talking has begun and the first event is in the books. Join me after the jump as I give you the complete results of UFC 141, including individual & team rankings, the captain's table and the rookie watch.

Cecil Peoples' Champs

A good event for OBP's team ... except for the captain himself, who is hereby awarded the Kaleb Kelchner Award Lowell Low for being the first captain whose score didn't count because the rest of his team outscored him. Notice how the much-maligned juggalo put up a sensational score for a 10th round pick.

Luke Thomas' Beard

inthepipes put up a 38 but was saved (?) from being the second recipient of the LL by Subbevil who failed to get his picks in. Great event for 8th round pick IKilled007.

The Voices In Paul Harris' Head

And we have another LL recipient!!! Congratulations to krcampbell for not getting his score counted. Otherwise, a very solid event with good scores from the rookies.

Ned Stark's Bastards

Impressive score for 9th round pick Bookhouse who ranked first among rookies and a good, if unspectacular showing from the entire team.

The Filipino Reccing Machines

An impressive five scores of 70 or more weighed down by a few subpar scores. Great performance by MJB!/marc1055 whose score belied his draft pick no..

Brock Lesnar's Cruelty-Free Pest Control

Not the best of events for zakkree and the rest of his team with only KcMcCaig/slimdigg scoring above 70. Solid rookie performance by dribblebib.

Ruining Your Special Night

Sun Yue put up his usual good numbers but he and halitosis were the only star performers. Number of special nights ruined: 0.

Bus Feeders

Impressive event for TCEngel's team with not a single bad score among the 11 team members. The fact that Brock_Lesnar's low score of 54 was better than five captains' scores speaks volumes. With only three scores above 70, though, the team stopped just short of producing a sensational score.

Intellegent Northern English Picking Team (INEPT)

CAN YOU SEE US NOW?! Six scores above 70, an event-high score of 88 for kingofthedogs and only one subpar score, INEPT are flying high.

Trainyard Sleepers

Good performances by capt. PFP and diazhomiez weren't enough to get the Trainyard Sleepers off to a good start as too many mediocre scores prevented them from going anywhere.

Top 10 overperformers

As already mentioned, SethSmiley put up incredible numbers for a last pick, making him this event's top overperformer. Also a great effort by Bookhouse, the highest scoring rookie who led his team with his 7th ranked effort.

Top 10 busts

One of last season's surprise packages, lanky6, had a first event to forget along with fellow first rounder Snatchl. Joining them on the list are three second round picks, Manch1ld, chris90210 and cmons.
