Bas Rutten had a frikkin great end to a career
To lose to only 3 people, and to avenge the losses to 2 of them, close your career with a 21 fight win streak…retire after winning the championship, then come back over 7 years later and win a fight by TKO in the first, ANY fight…that’s pretty awesome.
I’d love to see Anderson Silva retire on an epic winning streak…to not lose for like 2-3 more years, and then retire…that’d be incredible.

Not to sound trite or anything....
…but Don participating in this fight doesn’t seem to be that bad to me.
He’s only fought five times since 2006 (and this was his first fight since 2009) and he and Warpath fought to a draw before, so this has a bit of an unfinished business, one time thing vibe to it.
Of course the video didn’t make me feel good or anything like that but this isn’t a case of Frye travelling the regional circuit, fighting smokers and trying to make a few bucks
All these, uh, dealmakers making deals. Ya know, I don't, all I know is I'm ready to fight so, ya know, I'm sorry I didn't make it to the beauty pageant.
