The Ultimate Fighter is back again this week for the eighth episode of the critically acclaimed season. Featuring M. Night Shamalan-esque twists, this truly has been a season that fans of MMA MUST WATCH. Thus far Team Miller have been the stronger and more unified team with very little drama outside of John Dodson giving away the fight selections. On the flip side, Team Bisping just can't figure out that they are a team, even if it only means temporarily for the course of the show.
Last week things came to a head when Akira Corassani and Diego Brandao of Team Bisping decided to "punish" teammate T.J. Dillashaw for taking the easy road to the semi-finals. After some hard sparring, a fight nearly broke out between Dillashaw and Marcus Brimmage. Dillashaw was the final fight of the quarter-finals, taking on Roland Delorme of Team Miller. Dillashaw was victorious with a second round rear naked choke submission.
The semi-finals are set with Diego Brandao taking on Bryan Caraway and Akira Corassani facing Dennis Bermudez at featherweight. Dillashaw is the lone Bisping fighter left in the competition at bantamweight. He's matched up against Dustin Pague. Teammates John Dodson and Johnny Bedford round out the field.
Join us tonight for a live discussion. With eight fighters remaining, tonight will be to see who moves one step further to be THE ULTIMATE FIGHTERRRRR!!!
