lmfao thats epic!.. jafar from aladin wouldve worked as well..
but seriously i hope cotto puts a beating on this guy
Cotto came across as very likeable while Margarito came across as a smarmy, sociopathic version of Nick Diaz.
War Margarito! Make the butthurt apocalypse happen!

If I ever filmed a movie, and was in need of someone to play a Mexican drug lord or something…Margarito is my choice.
I got goosebumps watching 24/7 Cotto-Margarito when Cotto said in the opening that Margarito looks and acts like a criminal, then they cut to Margarito wearing all black and sunglasses.
One of these days, MMA will be able to create the magic that the HBO 24/7 series does. Of course, it helps that this particular story writes and sells itself.

Anyone think Margarito is selling
his heel persona? I mean, everyone WANTS to see the fight because of the loaded gloves controversy, but with Mr Mixed Drink acting like a tool, now everybody NEEDS to see the fight incase the tool gets tooled.

I definitely think so. Him being this larger than life villain sold me on it. I mean, I was going to watch regardless because it’ll be a good scrap, but it’s reached “must see” status for me.

If you guys knew Spanish, you'd love Margarito's heel persona even more.
Cotto is like GSP, all composed and gentlemanlike, while Margarito cusses and displays bad manners.
If he beats Cotto (doubt it) it will be glorious.
