UFC heavyweight Shane Carwin had successful back surgery this morning. This is a picture taken of him right afterwards. Hopefully he'll make a full recovery and be able to return to the cage soon.

Only if Cain loses to the loser of Brock/Overreem
Which is who I think Cain should fight next. I can see Carwin fighting a guy coming off a couple loses in his first fight back, whether it’s Cain or Brock, but if Cain bounces and looks dominant, that isn’t the right fight for a guy coming back from back surgery.
