The UFC is constantly adding new fighters from organizations around the world. Here are a few they should hire next (in no real order).
Shinya Aoki: Possibly the best submission expert in MMA, Aoki would be a serious title contender and threat to Frankie Edgar
Tatsuya Kawajiri: Kawajiri would add some much needed depth to the featherweight division, and is ranked as high as the 2# featherweight in the world by some MMA rankings.
Luke Rockhold: The current Strikeforce middleweight champion recently out-grappled Jacare, which is not something to be taken lightly, especially in a division as shallow as the middleweight is. The AKA product would be a great addition to the UFC.
Gegard Mousasi: Mousasi is one of the best boxers in MMA today, and won the Netherland Amateur Boxing Chamionship in 2001. He also has a devastating submission game, with ten wins by tapout, and wins over the likes of Jacare, Jake O'Brien, and Mark Hunt.
Muhammed Lawal: "King Mo" may have recently lost the Strikeforce belt, but he is still a dangerous Light Heavyweight. Lawal has fantastic wrestling as well as knockout power in both hands and raw athleticism.
Eddie Alvarez: Alvarez is believed by many to be the best fighter not employed by Zuffa. The Bellator champion has 12 of 22 wins by knockout and 7 by submission.
