Countdown to UFC 137 will air on Spike TV tonight at 11:30 p.m. ET. The show will focus on the main event welterweight bout between B.J. Penn and Nick Diaz.
With the cancellation of the welterweight title fight between Georges St. Pierre and Carlos Condit that was to have headlined the card this Countdown will be shorter than normal and only run 30 minutes rather than an hour.
In case you miss it, Spike TV will air a replay at 3:30 p.m. ET on Wednesday and 1:30 p.m. ET on Saturday. Versus will air a replay on Thursday at 8 p.m. ET.

this was the worst countdown show in recent memory
they barely focused on each fight, i still have no idea why they included Cro Cop vs Nelson
Plus it was hilarious that they still showed a GSP vs Condit promo in between the countdown show.
I can’t stand Nick’s mean mug. Looks like his upper lip always smells like shit. That guy tries WAY to hard to act tough. Sticking to beat the shit outta ppl in the ring. Nick is ok but I’m hoping that The Hilo boy stops him. Puts an end to the Diaz hype train.
