I feel like it's a good headlining fight for a free card

It’s basically a UFN here in Canada. Top to bottom, I think this card is basically as good as UFC 119. So from a Canadian perspective, it’s great that it’s free.

But since you mention “buying tickets” perhaps you live in London. In which case, I don’t blame you for not buying tickets – still, remember that Akiyama’s first two fights in the UFC were “fight of the year” candidates. Could be a great one.

And is anyone else stoked for Diabate v. Gustafson? That fight has the potential to be completely wild.

Yes, I never quite understood why they signed this douchebag after TUF. He’s looked extremely mediocre the whole time, and acted like a complete ass in the house. I think it’s a combination of having an accent, and being friends with Rashad / training at Jackson’s.. I hope he loses again this time so they would get rid of him already.

Your damn right if he was any sort of man when he was interviewed about it he’d man up. If I was in his position I would. I’ve once played a poker game and the pot was $45 and someone was trying to bluff me and I accodently saw there cards I told them. A little different but my point is my pops brought me up to be a man where your word is all u have someone can’t take from you. Like I said if he was any sort of man he wouldve manned up and said something it wasn’t like it was a close. Decision from what I saw it was pretty cut and dry he straight up lost and I forever will not respect the $hit talking punk. The fact that you’d be happy about a bs decision shows what kind of man u truly are and that’s not much of one.

i think Hardy is a bit overrated

he was pushed because he got the title shot, but he’s basically a one-dimensional fighter who’s tough as balls.

Kongo s a great gatekeeper. He smashes guys who don’t have what it takes to be a contender and gets smashed by guys who do have what it takes.

I feel the exact same way. I really hope that McSweeney loses, and I don’t feel that he is a UFC quality fighter. On TUF, McSweeney beat Mitrione, but if they fought now, I would pick Mitrione to beat McSweeney. I am not much of a fan of Kongo after his fight with CroCop, and Kongo is just so lost on the ground when he is on the bottom. I will say that judging from Travis Browne’s last fight against McSweeney, Browne moves pretty well for a Heavyweight in that he is not lumbering.

Travis Brown? Only name on the main card Im unfamiliar with...

But damn, the dude started his professional MMA career in 2009 and fought 7 times that year. Then twice this Febuary and once in June against McSweeney in a fight I’ve totally forgotten about now. Hello Fast Track!

Not sure why

I liked Bisping on TUF 3.
Then i hated him as a coach.
Then Mr hendo almost killed him and i thought.

Hmmmm that’s punishment enough for being a dick.

I like him as a fighter.
He’s not one of the best or even in my top 10 but i like watching him fight. Akiyama is also just a beast and i wouldn’t be upset if he judo’s him around for 3 rounds.
