He's used that pose before, I'm sure.
I think after the Mike Nickels fight.
I like using semi-colons; they make me feel smart.
The Pose
should be the only pic of Bonnar for the rest of his life. It’s his own “Blue Steel”. Let’s hope Bonnar starts rattling off some wins. I like watching him fight (usually) and one can only assume if he doesn’t change his mediocre ways Dana might actually let him go. Even if Dana has wood for him.
Don't gain the world and lose your soul, wisdom is better than silver or gold.
He is the color guy for WEC now, so he will still have a job no matter how bad he does, unless WEC folds into UFC…
I am free because I choose to be so-Me
Oh yea.
I miss Mir in that role :/ Bonnar + Mir would be epic.

say what
Separating the individual from the commentator, I thought he was good. Very concise calling of the action with spot on technical explanations on the fly. Hell give me KenFlo, Bonnar, and Mir in the booth for a night of fights a la Football roundtables, would be a blast.

Kenny is way overrated on the mic

Now I know you're crazy.
I like Fedor, it’s just his fans that are intolerable...and his management.
Mir seemed prone to take sides...
more obviously than Rogan or anyone else. He always seems to focus on the “more technical” fighter.
