When I watched that video, I never got the impression that Wandy wanted to fight him or get match set up.

Eh
Sonnen’s the man, and he put a beating on Anderson Silva like no one has before. He also put on one of the best hype jobs in mma history.
That being said, I would have a mangasm if Wanderlei caught Sonnen with a KO knee coming in on a double leg.

Well I find that people that bash Sonnen all the time...
.. are the people that care more about the outside of the cage than the inside. Real fight fans enjoy real fights. I don’t fighter bash and I don’t bash sonnen. He put on a hell of a fight and that should count more than any of this prissy drama that either side brings up. and don’t start with the steroids thing again, its overplayed and we all know at least half of our favorite fighters are on “peds” for injury recovery or other reasons.

Well the steroid thing is rough but he makes fights matter and to me as an MMA fan, that’s hugely important

Wand vs Leben needs to happen. I know we all love well-rounded and technical MMA, but that match would just be pure ultra-violence and therefore awesome.

Finishing said post – but it’s hard to argue against the fact that he set himself very nicely for future fights by talking so much random trash. One sentence about Wandy – “he used to be a fighter” – and now an awesome grudge match may happen. Same thing with Sonnen / Bisping. He sounds dumb, but he’s actually pretty great at marketing himself.

Sonnen would have his way badly with Wand, I would love for that fight to happen after Sonnen’s situation is over with. Mostly because it would be great comedy to see him handle one of the sacred mma fighters and alot of hurt feelings would be had because of it.

Wandy fans, you really don't want to see Sonnen fight him
You would get months of Sonnen trash talking him, and then he’d back up his talk in the cage with a very unanimous decision, giving him license to talk more smack.
Wandy has as little chance to win this as any fight I can remember. Even in Wandy’s prime this would be a bad matchup for him, but today it’s a nighmare.
I'd like to save Chael for Bisping or Akiyama.
A Sonnen vs. Bisping TUF 13 would be EPIC. I bet they’ll do exactly that if Chael can get his suspension reduced.
What on earth was he doing in front of that green screen? Is he making his own Harry-Potter-Fan-Photoshops?
To save me some time on 25% of all threads, here's the universal answer to the Fedor-debate: Fedor is the most accomplished MMA fighter ever. That is a fact. If he still is the best fighter at this point in time is up for debate.
