honestly big john didn’t even like motion the stand up… it was really just awkward.

other than that it was a great match and the game looks 10x better when two experienced people play. Nice to know you have to work to initiate a submission.

starting to look really good. i can almost picture the match playing out this way, and thats what really makes a sports game good.

The movements don’t look fluent. The graphics have obviously improved and so has the game engine but it seems just as jerky as the Dreamcast UFC game.

I just hope it doesn’t suffer from repetitiveness like UFC Undisputed

Transitions between standing, grappling, clinch all look pretty great. I love the submission system too. Striking is weird…too much reaction to strikes in general, but especially push and spinning kicks. Fighters don’t usually stagger back 2 steps and spray sweat everywhere from a teep. Fighter movement at distance is the worst though…weirdly floaty and far too much movement with each step. You shouldn’t be able to take a running step into a jab from halfway across the cage.

my main gripe is that they all move way to fast. they glide across the ring at insane speed which allows dumb things to happen like people countering head kicks etc. other than that it looks really good.

Def could be some improvement on the fighter movement in the standup. They cross the ring back and forth and side to side way too fast. And that flying knee goes to the other side of the cage. Other than that the gameplay looks a lot more balanced and I’m very excited for the game.

Apart from the hover craft style stand-up, this game actually looks pretty sweet. The submission system is already infinitely better than Undisputed and I haven’t even played this game.

This is not accurate at all, where’s Mayhem soccer kicking the holy bejeesus out of Jacare’s head?
