Ray Mercer is now out of the upcoming KOTC. He was disallowed because a 13 yr old injury. Even though he has had fights since that injury.
Andrew Simon also confirmed the news with me before Mezger announced it.

Let’s see, 13 years ago? That’s like 1997, right? Oh, so someone remembered he has hepatitis. Took long enough.
Mercer tested positive for hepatitis before a fight in 1998 and ended up not having anyone license him for almost 2 years. I doubt it has anything to do with his “neck injury” from the same time frame.

I guess I missed the story that Mercer was found? Last time I heard about him was a week or two back when he had disappeared without a trace.
