Damn
I figured they’d give Gono a can for his first fight at LW, but 2-2 is a little ridiculous.

Did you see the records on the rest of the card?
That guy is a top 10 LW in Sengoku!!
Seriously though, I am looking forward to this. It will be tough to match the knockout fest that was the last card though.
Well, he’s a kickboxer with a 2-2 record in MMA, so not entirely accurate.
He also won a one-night tournament in Mongolia a few months ago, but I haven’t been able to get results for the Fight Finder (unsurprisingly).

the guy is a damn good kickboxer (he took Buakaw, Albert Kraus, and Masato to close decisions), he lost his first two MMA fights but hasn’t lost a fight (MMA or Kickboxing) since 2007. He’s a prospect, not a can.
Not from the U.S. + anything less than an 11-0 record = Can

Doubtful. They haven’t shown Sengoku live recently.

The HDNet Fights website says:
LIVE HDNet Fights: Sengoku Raiden Championship 14
Tokyo, Japan – 08/22/2010
…and it is listed under the events section. Possible error?

Totally forgot...
Miyazawa/Sato is the 2010 Asia Bantamweight GP reserve match, and all the fights below that are BWGP 2nd round matchups. Good stuff.
