"I am surprised he [Carlos Condit] asked for the fight. I don't think it's a good fight for him. I think he's in a tough situation in his career right now. He's not exactly on a great winning spree in the UFC at the moment."
"I think I'm just a bad fight for him. I think everywhere the fight goes, I'm just going to be able to overpower him and beat him up. By the time the fight starts, it will be too late for him; he shouldn't have called me out."

War Hardy
One of the most articulate, well spoken fighters in the game, who sells a fight like few others. Hate him or love him, there’s few in-between opinions of The Outlaw.
He won’t beat GSP, but he’ll beat Condit.

Not that I condone facism or any ism for that matter. Isms are in my opinion, not good. A person shouldn't believe in an ism, he should believe in himself.

Sonnen was not impressed by Hardy’s performance.

Yeah but by the end Sonnen wasn’t trash talking, he was making a fool of himself. Hardy is just a quick witted guy!

I’ve got Hardy in this fight. Condit’s wrestling is close to non-existent and I think Hardy has fairly decent takedown defense.

Ooooohhhh! 10th Planet! Come on. Hardy’s jits have improved, but Carlos has subbed a bunch of guys in actual fights, and is a far greater threat on the mat. All I can say for Hardy is that he’s got good sub defense. I’m not trying to discount Hardy, but the only advantage I give him is punching power.

Hardy’s wrestling sucks as well, and Carlos is better on the floor. Standing, yeah Dan has better power in his hands, but other than that I’d say their striking is pretty equal. Should be an exciting fight, but I’ll take Carlos in this.

I'm not really a fan of Hardy and I am a Condit fan
but Hardy has a really good chance of winning this fight
Yeah I think this is a very evenly matched fight, and should be a fast paced dogfight the whole way. But I’m a fan of both, and picking Carlos.

I think Condit's got this
Hardy’s striking is a lot like Lesnar’s wrestling: waaaayyyy overrated. Either way though, hell of a fight. Condit lacks the ability to put on a boring fight.

Hardy's only chance
Is a KO or TKO. And while Condit may be a bit deficient in standup defense – he’s not exactly known for getting knocked out (as in never losing by KO). Besides, who exactly has Hardy finished in the UFC? Oh yah, Rory Markham… Condit may not get the finish, but he’ll control Hardy all night.

I'm going to take
Condit by late stoppage, i don’t think Hardy can outlast him. Carlos has a great motor and he loves the war. I do believe hardy to for sure be the bigger guy, it won’t matter because he can wrestle and control him, and on the ground Condit’s much better.

If GSP can’t stop Dan Hardy I doubt Condit can. I say Hardy by decision or tko. Will be a great fight.

i like how sonnen ruined trash talk for everyone else by bringing it to an absurdly high level
and i agree with hardy, condit shouldn’t have called him out its a very poor matchup for him
We have a saying back home that if your coming on, COME ON!!!!
Condit is going to wreck Hardy, Carlos biggest weakness has been motivation thanks to Jackson he’s fixed that. Condit has needed a kick in the ass for his last couple fighst and he got it in his last one. I expect for him to come out and blitz Hardy take him down and submit him, this is going to finally be the coming out of the NBK in the UFC can’t wait to see it.
