KSW owners Maciej Kawulski and Martin Lewandowski met with Aleksander, brother of former PRIDE FC heavyweight champion Fedor, in the Hyatt Hotel in Warsaw this week. Fighters Only was told today that "the talks were held in a friendly atmosphere, they were serious and substantial, but also not without smiles and laughter."

A KSW spokesman added "Both sides could not hide their contentment after the agreement was reached on Emelianenko’s participation in KSW events. We have a verbal agreement in place with Aleksander and we can reveal that Polish MMA fans will be soon able to see this formidable fighter on the KSW ring."
