It's an interview and some training with Nic Gregoriades, who is a black belt under Roger Gracie.

The next instalment of The Grappling Dummy!

In this episode, I talk to Nic Gregoriades, a black belt under Roger Gracie.

Nic was kind enough to come down to our gym and give a BJJ workshop, and give his time to make this video.

We talk about what it's like to train with Roger Gracie, and about the Jiu Jitsu Brotherhood

We also have a little roll while Nic shares his philosophies on jiu jitsu.

After that, Nic does something a little different and offers a "shadow grappling" routine. Something simple that you can practice when you don't have a partner, that allows you to continue to work on your body skills.

Nic is a great guy and it was a pleasure to spend the day with him.
