UFC heavyweight, Mike Russow, is still recovering from the broken arm he suffered in his upset victory over Todd Duffee in May, and he'll be sidelined until at least January, according to MMA Fighting.

Russow's a good wee scrapper
Hope he has a quick recovery and comes back strong. He’s not a dude I can visualise fighting for the belt, but could be a solid gatekeeper in a division that has space for a couple more mid-table guys.
If Rob Broughton settles into the UFC I’d like to see those 2 go at it, if only coz they’re kinda mirror-images of each other…
