Jeez, why does GSP have to seem like such a nice fella all the time?
He’s richer than me, better-looking than me, speaks more languages than I do and he could kick my ass.
The least he could do to even things out would be to act like a dick sometimes…

Roger doesn’t know how to do armbars properly either. He also crosses his feet! Maybe someone can show them both how to armbar properly.

To give a serious answer, it is probably because he really had to work hard to get where he is today. He has done his share of part-time jobs just so he could pay for his martial arts, and it just seems like it has humbled him. He really is a perennial babyface (professional wrestling term) both inside and outside of the cage.
