yeah that sounds crazy
but I can see how that could somewhat replicate a knock down. All these guys train for worst case scenerio situations. You never know what works!

Reminds me of some vids of Fedor and some other guys in his crew spinning in circles and then shadow boxing after during training.

Interesting technique. Been training mma for about a year now and haven’t heard of that before. However we always do stand up after everybody is dead tired keeps you from killing one another and improves cardio.
