Katsunori Kikuno (13-2-2) and Koichiro Matsumoto (10-2) held an open workout today at Tsuyoshi Kohsaka's Alliance-Square gym, where the two have been training together for their upcoming bouts.

Last April, Kikuno KO'd Matsumoto to capture the Deep lightweight title; now, Kikuno (who regularly trains at A-Square) is helping Matsumoto (an Imada Dojo product) prepare for his shot at Deep featherweight champion Takafumi Otsuka (10-5-1) on July 3rd. Kikuno, meanwhile, faces "JZ" Cavalcante (14-3-1, 1 NC) at Dream 15 on July 10th.
