living in the trees in the northwest, that shit is funny. He went to high school in Coeur d’Alene Idaho, that guy got the nickname “the Punk” from going down to local bars with his lions den buddy’s and picking random guys to beat the shit out of, and it wasn’t a 1 on 1 deal. It cracks me up, i would love to see him fight fancy pants (who needs to switch camps before this fight). i have a lot of respect for the guy, I would love to see him in the UFC in a rematch with Guida, then we could see how good he is, melendez is, as well as get a idea of how far out of the top 20 aoki really is.

Thats interesting to hear about “The Punk” in Couer d’Alene. I always wonder about guys before they train/fight and how they behave or conduct themselves.
A lot of us know fighters or guys that have MMA fights to their credit. Most of the guys I know who have fought as a pro are rather unassuming and are the last guys to “act a fool” or be @ssholes in public.

I will say this though….
I went to high school with a *popular (I dunno if popular is the right word, but certainly notorious) WEC Lightweight. He is an active lightweight who HAS held the title…..and he has a penchant for the dramatic(eyepokes)….and white sunglasses……anyway I think thats all i can say without saying exactly who this dude is and getting banned on BE.

But anyway, this dude was a total wang.(a talented boxer/wrestler for sure, but a dickhole nonetheless.) You know, the guy who shakes your hand and squeezes the shit out of it- starts shit with EVERYONE he didn’t know-the guy who pulls his dick out at the party and then asks chicks if they are gay cause they aren’t into it——Lame. To say the least.
At any rate, most of the time when I’d see him at parties- he came to fight (seriously though)…..but not to grapple :)
