LIAR!!
I do not believe for one second that he does or ever did 5000 pushups and 5000 situps everyday.

Considering the man ate once of a day while he was playing football and spent most of his days working out, I believe it. That book that came out about the Cowboys talked about his workout routines and made mention of him sleeping for like a few hours a night and spending the rest of the night working out was astounding.
You believe the stories about him barely eating and sleeping too?? Please, this guy makes up stuff all the time. I suppose you believe the stories about all the times he played russian roulette as well. But hey, I suppose he can just blame it on one of his multiple personalities…
The funny thing is how I hear the number of pushups and situps go up all the time. Since before, according to him it was apparently 1000 each.

Stories didn't come from him, it came from a teammate. Did you read the book?
But yeah, blame it on a legitimate disorder that affects millions of people.
Love Herschel
Classy, smart, humble guy. Spectacular athlete.

He was a good athlete not great. In the NFL he was average RB at best. Sure his days at Georgia and the the USFL he was great but as soon aas he got into the BIG time which is the NFL he really only had 2 really good seasons and the Cowboys then traded him to the vikings for a kings ransom and in return they got Emitt Smith and a whole lot of other core players for there dynasty years
