I’ll be there – best fight of the night will be the local battle between Weedman and Troyer.

Mile High Hockey: Significantly better than the experts predicted, just like the Avalanche.

Verne Troyer fights now?

Didn’t know they had a 65lb division.

I always find it funny when guys that speak two different languages chirp at each other.

This needed a female translator. “He’s…umm…going to have sex with your wife after he wins.”

Great staredown

Going to be a great fight if pitbull can get back up from takedowns

by 19Miles on Jun 23, 2010 11:11 PM EDT reply actions

I actually think he might not be that afraid of Warren’s top game, which, although relentless, isn’t too devastating. So I don’t think we’ll see him at least early on try to scramble back to his feet. Despite the pitbull’s well above average TD defense and wrestling, he has no hope of keeping this fight standing. Nevertheless Warren had trouble defending Karakhanyan’s submission attempts (who’s a high-level brown belt); I think it’s more likely than not that Freire catches him in something before the night is over. I’m definitely not counting Warren out though.

I am officially amped for Pitbull vs Warren

Completely sold from the staredown.

People do not like to think. If one thinks, one must reach conclusions. Conclusions are not always pleasant.

Strange

Bryan must be standing in a hole, pretty sure he has a good 3 inches on Alexander.

For anyone in Florida consistently screwed by Marlins games...

I have gotten accustomed to watching Bellator on 3 hour delay due to MLB. A few cards were even bumped entirely for MLB re-airs. I saw that Fox Sports wasn’t showing this one at all in my region. I ended up seeing that Sunshine Sports (a Florida channel) is showing it live. I don’t know the best way to get this out to any frustrated BE fans in Florida, but I’m so glad I discovered this and I hope that more will see this. This is certainly the most exciting match-ups for me so far (though Askren-Hornbuckle turned out to be much better than I had thought it would).

Freire and Warren are both big time talents. I’m really looking forward to this fight. If Freire loses, it will be interesting to see where he ends up.
