Magomed Shikshabekov Out of Strikeforce: Fedor vs. Werdum Due to Visa Problems

According to m-1global.com:
M-1 Global welterweight Magomed Shikshabekov (6-0) was scheduled to make his STRIKEFORCE debut as part of the preliminary card.
Due to circumstances beyond the control of the fighter or M-1 Global, that visa will not be obtained in time for Shikshabekov to participate on the June 26th card.
M-1 will diligently work to obtain the appropriate P-1 visa for The Eagle and hopes to see him fighting in the United States before the end of 2010.

So they piss and moan about not having enough M-1 fighters on the m-1 co-promotion cards, and they can’t even ensure that all their fighters make it to the country for the fight?

Sometimes Visa issues are out of their hands, this happens to the UFC as well.
However, it is sad that the one other M1 fighter that is actually getting some hype is off of the card.

Yeah I know, the hate is strong with me when it comes to M-1, and I’m not even going to deny it.
It does suck that visa troubles came up though, I like fighters fighting and getting paid, no matter who manages them.

This was on the undercard. All of the prelims are M-1 guys vs. Strikeforce fighters.
