Quinton was very funny and presented himself well.

Rampage is always a good interview

I really like Rampage's interviews...
..and I really like to watch him fight, especially in the early years. But the last couple of Rampage-related posts have brought the Sherdog/Junkie crowd out of the woodwork. Hopefully they don’t find this one.
Rampage did well in the interview. Leno was terrible. No surprise there.

Jonah Hill (Superbad – the guy on Rampage’s left) looked REALLY uncomfortable when Rampage turned to him during the carjack scene story. Kinda funny.
And, I don’t care what people think: I’m totally in for this film.
Jonah Hill makes a lot of gay related jokes. Smart move on his part keeping his mouth shut this time around.

Stop being likable, Rampage. I want to dislike you for your cockiness and excuses.

They're still -$60 million on paying for their production budget...
…and that’s not to mention the marketing budget which must be off the charts.

I looked at the budget for the a team movie, and I’m like WTF why and how would you spend 110 mill on an a team movie.

with international box office, dvd sales, cable rights. if its not a complete bomb hollywood blockbusters always make money
A) That was including the international box office,
and since the primary appeal of the movie is the tie-in to an American TV Show, I dunno abou that, and
B) Never say always.
Wait, that doesn’t sound right…

Actually, Waterworld ended up breaking even. Speed 2 was profitable counting overseas.
However, Battlefield and Pluto Nash are two of the biggest flops of all time.

They released the movie
at a terrible time. It had to compete with the new karate kid movie when it opened and the week right after is toy story 3. It’s definitely still possible for them to make a profit but it’ll take some time
anyone seen the movie?
It was actually really good. Maybe I’m a crappy critic, but it was action from beginning to end & pretty funny too.

Yeah, but how did it compare to Army of Shadows? That’s the real question people want answered.
