forget about putting the pussy on a pedestal, I can’t believe there was a time where we put a glass chin on a pedestal and ranked this guy #2
I don’t think any sane person would have had Arlovski any higher than #3 in the world at any time in his career. He was definitely the best HW the UFC had to offer but Fedor and Big Nog pretty much had those top two spots on lockdown. Cro Cop and Arlovski were a toss up for #3 and #4. I would have had Cro Cop at #3 and Arlovski #4 followed by Barnett.
The situation in January, 2009:
Nog had just been KOed by Mir, and BROCKLESNARRRR!!! had just taken the belt when Arlovski ended up being ranked #2. CroCop was in contract limbo in DREAM after being mulched by Megareem. There was no clear cut #2 HW in the world at the time, so Arlovski had just a good a claiim to the spot as Mir, BROCKLESNARRRR!!!!, Barnett and CroCop.
