Of course
The next logical step in Thiago’s rebuilding. LHW must be all booked up.

Lemonade was a popular drink, and it still is. I get more stunts and props than Bruce Willis- Guru

If you're a fan of his
You probably shouldn’t be stoked for this fight…

That’s fair, considering it’d be a huge win for him… But he might (re: likely will) have his face rearranged

it will be tough
but I’ think jeet kune do it

Don't sleep on the Barbarian
Even though he lost he gave Matt Hammil the bidness.

Renallo: Anything you'd like to add about Jake Shields, Frank?
Shamrock: He called me a dick.

I like Tim, but, he is out of his league.
If Russia attacked Turkey from the rear, Do you think Greece would help?
i guess they wanna give thiago a win here
not a bad idea it looks like they’re just trying to build up future contenders like thiago, bader, and jones by sacrificing fighters like matyushenko, and boetsch
I miss Heath
He had so many Highlight reels yet to fill…

lol lol
that never gets old and i will always watch his fights in hopes this will happen again. I like Silva to win but I am rooting for the Barbarian
I'm a psycho JKD fan
So I hope he can regain his winning ways.

They weren’t really rumors, the guy had hand surgery.

Ducking Jones to fight Boetsch. I can’t say it’s a bad idea. If he would’ve lost to Jones then he would have lost three of his last four.
What is this? Is Ryan Bader injured?

Does this mean Silva officially ducked Jon Jones...
He didn’t want to fight Jones becuase Jones wasn’t ready for him.
Thiago only wanted to fight fighters that would move him up the ladder. I guess Boetsch Quack Quack sounds like duck to me…
If Silva got worked by Rashad and taken down repeatedly
Jon Jones would beat him easily. Because unlike Rashad, Bones will actually do something on the ground.

Are you surprised?
At him only wanting to fight fighters that’ll move him up the ladder?
I don’t think Boetsch chances are all that bad here. This one probably ends in the first- Silva has huge aggression and not much chin, so it’ll probably be a KO either way.
You only think not much chin
Because of Lyoto’s diving kill punch of doom… in fairness, a fucking awesome diving kill punch of doom, augmented by half a year of getting to work out, but still.
I think
that as long as this fight stays standing, Boetsch has a chance, if it goes to the ground, IT IS ALL OVER! I like Tim Boetsch though.
I told you not to f*ck with me.
Damn this sucks...
I love both these guys, but i don’t think Boetsch can pull out the win. The UFC is hoping for a new addition in the Highlight Reel for Thiago Silva…btw too bad TBA got jobbed out of a big fight.
I am a fan of Tim “The Barbarian” Boetsch to the point where I don’t think that he should have been cut from the UFC after his loss to Brilz. Boetsch always brings it to the cage, win or lose. However, I think that Thiago Silva takes this one in that he has more ways to win and is just a better fighter.
Really? Really? Tim Boetsch is back in the UFC?
Not for long after Thiago is done with him.

After finding out Jim Miller vs. Gleison Tibau could be on the Versus card in August
And have a Spike card from London in October, all my confusion has changed to happiness.

Hey,Tim Boetsch was in UFC Undisputed 2009 at least
This should be a easy win for Thiago,a get back on track fight for him
Thiago Alves and Thiago Silva on the same card.
Too bad Paulo Thiago and Thiago Tavares are busy or else we could create a good card made exclusively with guys named Thiago!

And he lost to a guy named Maicon Naicon? Bring him on board too!

The man wanted back into the UFC; if you can’t stand the heat, don’t step into the kitchen. Thiago is a VERY GOOD light heavyweight, a hard hitter, and very good on the ground. But Thiago is not likely to be the champion anytime soon, after being destroyed by the champ, and the last guy that the champ smashed. If Boetsch can’t put on at least a competitive fight with Silva, then the UFC doesn’t need him around.
Also, War Barbarian.

Don’t write off Boetsch completely here.People are forgetting that Antonio Mendes nearly KO’ed Silva at UFC 84,and Machida was dropping him all over the place in their bout.I’d say he’s got an average jaw,and Boetch has got some good power. It Thiago goes in a brawls with him…….you never know.
Stranger things have happened.

Machida might be a slightly more dangerous striker than Boetsch.

Machida hits like a bitch.
Rashad said so during their fight.
"When i get in there, in his face ,pressin the action,I'm RUFF NECKIN'EM,I'm throwin him around,I'm punchin him,hes punchin me, I'm eatin his shots and I'm Blastin him back in the face he's not goin to be able to handle it ." - Chris Leben on how his fight with Anderson Silva is gonna go.
by Rayce. on May 3, 2010 10:52 PM EDT via mobile up reply actions
No he didn't
He didn’t have enough time to get to “bitch.”
And that's what screwed him at 104
Machida may have claimed that he was distracted by a CSAC official demanding he cut the tape off of his feet, but in reality his heart was crying out that night “What was it Rashad, what were you about to say?! sob”
why not
GO BARBARIAN I HOPE SILVA GET RAGDOLLED
Im with It.
Dont get it twisted fellas Tim Boetch is a beast. He’s a damn good fighter with excellent stand up and a good ground game. I see this being a good fight.

You cats sleeping on Boetsch need to wake up...
He’s got some good skills and he’s a tough guy. Silva would be unwise to look past him.
