Nice to see that “TBA” has moved on from his legendary series of fights with Bobby Lashley to a new challenge.

I agree. Zaromskis, Santos, Lashley, Sobral, Lawler, pretty recognizable names.

Good to see Zaromskis fighting in the U.S. again, and with an opponent who will stand with him in Santos, it could be a war. I’m not big on the main event being a catchweight, but the fight itself is a pretty nicely matched fight.
With Strikeforce’s last two cards being good, I hope this one will be good too. I am also getting the idea that Strikeforce is finally recognizing who their good fighters/prospects are, and they seem to be putting them on the main card on their shows. I just hope that I am not giving them too much credit because I have been disappointed before.
from LA with love
I live in LA and i wouldnt even pay 20 dlls for cage side seats, this card sucks!

How the fuck is Cyborg going to make 170?
Or is this at some other not-yet-announced catchweight?

I was wondering the same thing. This fight must be at 180 or 185. Should be explosive and entertaining though

Is this is live on the west coast?
They really need to stop this tape delay garbage. Stayed up till 1:30 am to watch the entire challenger show. Does showtime delay boxing cards too? Or is it just MMA?

Is this the first time a husband has been kept on as a favor to his wife in MMA history? Not saying….but just saying.
Not likely...
most just because of the depth problems in SF.
Otherwise, spot on.
Dude. It's Anderson Silva.
If he gives a damn he will end Sonnen’s night by either sub or KO.

By Monday morning Chael Sonnen will be pissing out of his neck.

Please tell me Gus Johnson won't be there for this!
I just listened to him call the vasquez-marquez
Boxing match tonight, he sucks at that just as much as he does calling mma!!!

Rumor has it,kennedy facing trevor prangley
solid card with prospects and veterans nice.
I got my ticket back when Noons was supposed to be on the card...
$80 Orchestra level tix (it’s in the Nokia Theater, talk about a weird venue although Bellator has done the same kind of thing before)
Even though he’s not facing del Rosario, isn’t fighting an undefeated Sparks a step up in Bobby Lashley`s competition?

Maybe I’m not fully understanding your comment. If Sparks & Lashley both have an identical record of 5 wins and zero loses are you stating that Sparks in his five wins has been fighting nothing but "cans". Keep in mind, for all of Bobby`s five wins, people have been accusing him of also fighting nothing but "cans". Now in saying that I have to ask again, both of them going into this fight with identical records don’t you think this fight should be a good indication of the elevation of Bobby`s skill? Or do you think by fighting Sparks who may be a "can"himself that Bobby’s not living up to his true potential as a MMA fighter? I’m curious…..

Maybe Ron Sparks is better than anyone Lashley has fought, we’ll have to wait and see, but his 5-0 record means nothing. Four of his wins came against fighters who were against novices, stepping into the ring for the first time and not fought since (yes, each has a 0-1 record). His last fight, which went to decision, was against 29-41Johnathan Ivey (and even more impressively, going into the fight with Sparks, he was 2-7 in is last 9).
Lashley meanwhile has faced Wes Sims, Bob Sapp, and Clay Guida. Sure we can laugh at the fact that this is nowhere near a murders row, but still is miles beyond what Sparks has yet to face.
