fantastic fight between 2 very classy athletes! the judge who scored it 30-27 should have his license revoked, tho. i think roxy should’ve been (at least) warned for all of the times she grabbed the cage. looking forward to the rubber match between these two!

Which round was clearly LaRosa’s? I think either 2 or 3 are potentially arguable, but I don’t think 30-27 is a terrible scorecard at all.

See, I could have given round 3 to Tara, Depending on how you score sub attempts,

But I felt like Roxy dominated the first 3 minutes of round 2.

Regardless: that fight was better than most men’s fights that I’ve seen.

And seriously: Roxy had spinning back-fists, a superman punch, a beautiful trip takedown, a triangle attempt, great defensive grappling – what more could anyone want out of a mixed martial artist?

(Oh, and great show of class by both women after the fight. AWESOME.)
