For Shogun now being the only fighter to have won both the PRIDE FC “Light Heavyweight” (wasn’t it officially MW) Championship while in PRIDE and the UFC Light Heavyweight Championship.
- Whereas Rampage defeated Hendo in the UFC to unify the championships.

Shogun has his title, all is right in the lhw division.
This man’s life has shown that with all the talent and skill in the world a bad stretch of luck can derail anyone. But if you persevere and never lose your work ethic, everything will work itself out.
And his daughter is adorable….how long till she is stomping heads/passing guard via superman punch?

Shogun is an awesome fighter. I am glad to see him back in top form. Watching Shogun / Rampage 2 or Shogun / Evans will be a joy.
Man, if Shogun can learn to speak english well he will BLOW UP in the US.
He has the look, he’s kind, he’s patient w/ the media, and he’s a legit badass. If he keeps winning. He’s going to be a megastar.
