Thomas seems like he is going to be ready for the challenge that comes with facing a former world champion boxer and it seems reasonably clear that the fight will be going ahead despite the threats from Don King Promotions.

I would love to see Din get KTFO

If he takes Mayorga down, so what? He just beat a boxer with no ground game.
This fight will be fun if he stands up and gets his block knocked off.
The rest of the card looks pretty decent and could be good.

I get what you’re saying. But the point is that an MMAist against a boxer is a foregone conclusion. Its the striking in the ring that will make this a fun fight.
