CBS and Strikeforce have released new promos for the Strikeforce Nashville event taking place on April 17th. The footage for this promo is the ad spot being shown during the NCAA March Madness tournament, introducing Dan Henderson, Jake Shields, Gilbert Melendez, Shinya Aoki, and Gegard Mousasi to the CBS audience. The other video is a ticket sales ad spot for the Nashville event on 4/17. The last video is a promo for their new Strikeforce Nashville Event Website.
From MMAPayout:
Airing the CBS ads during the NCAA tournament, which have an average audience of 10-12 million viewers and is expecting a higher viewership for tonight's championship game, is a definite positive for Strikeforce. Along with the NCAA tournament, Strikeforce will debut their MMA brand along with some of their most marketable fighters on NCIS: Los Angeles tomorrow night on CBS, which has an average audience of 12-16 million viewers.

The only one they’ve been showing is the first one.
I can understand the second playing in the Nashville area, but other then that, I’ve not seen the other two in the whole tournament

Gregard?
Not that I condone facism or any ism for that matter. Isms are in my opinion, not good. A person shouldn't believe in an ism, he should believe in himself.
I quote John Lennon, "I don't believe in Beatles, I just believe in me". Good point there, after all he was the walrus. I could be the walrus. Wouldn't change the fact I have to bum rides off of people.
Ha...
Didn’t notice that…that’s an old vid, so may have been fixed when airing on CBS. Just posted it now.

Do not want to see that.
Tried to set my DVR on the 17th to catch this and the UFC replay only to find that our local CBS affiliate is showing a telethon that night. Anybody want to bet whether I give any money?
"Will Rogers never met Barry Switzer."
Lucky for me I live in an area that has multiple affiliates of the big three to switch to when one decides to do something like that. If you have a fairly new TV and live in an area with more then one major city within 50 miles you may be able to get a digital antenna and catch another cities local broadcast.
I live in west texas
The next closest affiliate is 2.5 hours away.
"Will Rogers never met Barry Switzer."
and no win
the only thing he will get is beat down

Bellator is doing better video production than Strikeforce.

The Strikeforce ads suck but
I think people are missing who the target audience is for: the CBS audiences not mma fans. Look at the design, they resemble spots for CSI or any other CBS show. It’s something familiar to these people,so they won’t be put off or feel uncomfortable about checking out. In act most viewers will probably be thinking to themselves maybe I’ll watch that UFC fight tonight on CBS that I saw the ad for, when they do tune in. So in a sense I think they’re probably pretty effective spots.
